MetaFlowKit

Privacy Policy

How MetaFlowKit may handle information when you visit metaflowkit.com or contact us: logs, cookies, analytics, embeds, retention, and your choices.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with the website MetaFlowKit at https://metaflowkit.com/ (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Aryan (“we”, “us”).

Effective date: August 9, 2026

This policy is written to describe how the Site is configured. Where a feature is not currently enabled, this policy says so rather than describing a capability that does not exist. This page is general information about our practices and is not legal advice.

Who we are and how to contact us

MetaFlowKit publishes automation diagnostics, usage calculators, and workflow guidance. The Site is an editorial publication. It does not sell products, operate reader accounts, or process payments.

For any question or request about this policy, write to contact@metaflowkit.com. MetaFlowKit does not publish a business address on the Site.

Information we may process

The categories below apply only where the corresponding feature or service is actually in use on the Site. Several of them depend on configuration values that are recorded in this policy so they cannot be quietly assumed.

Server and security logs

Like most websites, the Site is delivered by hosting and network infrastructure that may automatically record technical request data. This can include IP address, date and time of request, requested URL, referring URL, user agent and device or browser characteristics, response status, and similar diagnostic fields. This data is generated by the infrastructure rather than submitted by you, and it is used for delivering pages, diagnosing faults, and protecting the Site against abuse.

Messages you send us

If you contact us, we process what you choose to send: your email address, your message, and anything you attach or include. Correction reports, accessibility reports, and privacy requests all fall into this category.

Please do not send credentials or sensitive records. We ask readers not to send passwords, API keys or tokens, webhook secrets, database connection strings, customer or employee records, health information, or payment details. Redact sensitive values before sending a screenshot or log extract.

Contact form

Contact method: email only. MetaFlowKit does not currently use a contact form, so no form-submission data is collected by the Site.

Site search

If you use a search feature on the Site, the terms you enter may be processed to return results and may appear in server or plugin logs. Please avoid entering personal or confidential information into a search box.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Cookies and browser storage may be used for essential functionality and, where enabled, for measurement. Current configuration is recorded below in the cookies section.

Consent records

Where a consent or cookie tool is in use, it may store a record of your choices — typically in your browser, and in some configurations on the provider’s systems — so your preference can be applied on later visits.

Advertising and related services

Display advertising status: None currently. MetaFlowKit may apply to Journey by Mediavine and Sulvo. Application alone does not place advertising cookies on the Site. If advertising or ad-management code is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the active service and the applicable consent controls.

Embedded and external content

Pages may include content hosted elsewhere, such as videos, code embeds, or images served by a third party. Loading that content can allow the third party to receive your IP address and technical request data, and it may set its own cookies. That processing is governed by the third party’s own policies.

Features that are not active

Public article comments are currently disabled on the Site. We do not operate reader comment accounts, profile avatars, or comment subscriptions. We do not operate a newsletter, a user account system, an online store, checkout, or payment processing, and we do not run affiliate tracking or behavioural profiling, unless and until the corresponding configuration values in this policy state otherwise. Do not read this policy as describing a feature that is switched off.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics services in use: Google Analytics 4 is used through Site Kit by Google. It helps us understand page views, referrals, general device and browser information, approximate location, and how readers use the Site. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical identifiers according to the Site’s configuration and Google’s own terms. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent and cookie management tool in use: No standalone advertising CMP is currently active because display advertising is not yet enabled. If Journey or Sulvo advertising is activated, the provider’s consent solution will be configured for the regions it covers and this disclosure will be updated. Browser controls can also be used to block or delete cookies.

WordPress and related components may set strictly necessary cookies for functions such as security, load balancing, or preserving a preference. Where an analytics service is enabled, it may set cookies or use similar storage to measure page views and general usage patterns.

We do not publish a cookie table here with invented names or expiry periods. Any cookie inventory shown on this Site must be produced from the actual live configuration, and where a consent tool is in use its own cookie declaration is the authoritative list.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site behave. Where a consent tool is enabled, you can change your choices through that tool.

Why information is processed

  • Delivering the Site — serving pages, loading assets, and keeping content available.
  • Security and abuse prevention — detecting attacks, automated abuse, and misuse of the Site.
  • Diagnostics and reliability — investigating errors and performance problems.
  • Responding to you — handling correction reports, accessibility issues, privacy requests, and other correspondence.
  • Measurement — using Google Analytics 4 to understand which content is used and improve the Site.
  • Recording consent, where a consent tool is enabled — applying and evidencing your cookie choices.
  • Legal and compliance purposes — meeting obligations that apply to us and handling disputes.

Where data-protection law applies, we process limited information only as needed to operate and secure the Site, respond to messages, maintain editorial records, and meet applicable legal obligations. The exact legal basis and rights available to you depend on the law that applies; this policy does not claim a jurisdiction-specific compliance status.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell reader information. Information may nonetheless be handled by service providers acting for us, which can include hosting and content delivery, security and anti-abuse services, email delivery for our correspondence, and — where enabled — analytics, consent management, form handling, and advertising services.

Information may also be disclosed where we reasonably believe it is required by applicable law or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, the security of the Site, or the safety of others, and in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Site’s operations, in which case this policy or its successor would continue to apply to information transferred.

Because third-party services process data under their own arrangements, we cannot promise that information is never shared. We can say that we do not treat reader data as a product to be sold.

International transfers

The Site is available globally and its infrastructure and service providers may operate in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed in a country other than your own, where different data-protection rules apply. Any transfer safeguard required by applicable law must be confirmed against the actual providers and operator jurisdiction rather than assumed here.

How long information is kept

We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain correction records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and security logs follow the operational retention settings of the providers used to deliver and protect the Site.

In general, information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as a legal obligation requires. Server and security logs are typically retained for a limited operational period determined by the hosting and security services in use. Correspondence is kept while it is useful for handling your request and for maintaining a record of corrections.

We do not publish invented fixed retention periods. If the Site’s providers, tools, or configuration change, this section will be reviewed against the actual settings.

Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to a publishing site, including serving the Site over an encrypted connection and keeping software components updated.

No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We cannot guarantee that information sent to us over the internet will be protected against interception or unauthorised access. This is one reason we ask you not to send credentials or sensitive records to us at all.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights over information relating to you. These can include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

Which rights you have, how they apply, and what exceptions exist are determined by the applicable law rather than by this page. We do not claim a specific statutory response period, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, particularly where acting on an unverified request could itself expose information.

To make a request, write to contact@metaflowkit.com and describe what you are asking for. You can also control cookies through your browser and, when a consent tool is active, through its preference controls.

Children

The Site is intended for people building and operating business automations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek information from children. Any minimum-age requirement that applies depends on the law of your location. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at contact@metaflowkit.com so we can consider what steps are appropriate.

Our articles link to external sites, particularly official platform documentation, and may include embedded content from other services. We do not control those sites or services, and their privacy practices are their own. Reading their policies before submitting information to them is worthwhile, especially where an embed loads automatically as part of a page.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the Site’s configuration changes — for example if analytics, a consent tool, a contact form, or advertising services are added or removed. The effective date above will be revised when a material change is made. Continuing to use the Site after an update means the current version applies to your use.

Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@metaflowkit.com. Our editorial standards are described separately in our Editorial Policy, and the terms governing use of the Site are set out in our Terms.
