These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website MetaFlowKit at https://metaflowkit.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Aryan (“we”, “us”).

Please read these Terms before relying on anything published here. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Acceptance and changes
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. When we do, the effective date above will be revised. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, an updated version applies from its stated effective date. Checking this page occasionally is worthwhile if you rely on the Site regularly.
Informational purpose
MetaFlowKit publishes automation diagnostics, usage calculators, guides, and workflow documentation. Everything on the Site is published for general information and education.
Nothing on the Site is professional legal, financial, tax, accounting, security, or regulatory compliance advice, and nothing here creates a professional or advisory relationship between you and us. Our guidance is not a guarantee that a technique will resolve your problem, that a workflow will behave the same way in your account, or that a described platform behaviour still applies at the moment you read it.
Automation platforms change their interfaces, defaults, limits, and pricing frequently and without notice to us. Content that was accurate when it was verified can become inaccurate afterwards. Our evidence labels and dating practice, described in How We Test, exist so you can judge how current a claim is — but the responsibility for confirming current platform rules before you act remains yours.
Your responsibilities
Automations touch live systems, so applying guidance carelessly can cause real damage. Before acting on anything you read here, you are responsible for taking sensible precautions, including:
- Backing up data and any workflow configuration you are about to modify, so a change can be reversed.
- Testing in a safe environment — a sandbox, staging workspace, or disposable copy — before applying changes to a production automation.
- Reviewing permissions and scopes granted to any integration, node, app, or credential, and granting the minimum access the task requires.
- Protecting credentials including API keys, tokens, webhook URLs and signing secrets, and connection strings. Do not publish them, and do not send them to us.
- Confirming current platform rules against the platform’s own documentation, particularly for pricing, quotas, limits, and anything that affects cost.
- Obtaining required authorisation before connecting systems, accessing accounts, or processing data belonging to your employer, your clients, or other people — including any consent or contractual permission that applies.
You are responsible for how you use the Site’s content, for the automations you build, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party platform you connect.
Calculators and estimates
Calculators and estimating tools on the Site produce modelled estimates from the inputs you supply and the assumptions we disclose alongside each tool. They are planning aids.
An estimate is not a quotation, a bill, a reservation of capacity, or a prediction of what a platform will charge you. Actual consumption and cost can differ — sometimes substantially — because of plan and tier differences, regional pricing, how a platform counts operations, tasks, executions, credits, or runtime, retries and error re-runs, manual and test executions, sub-workflow behaviour, changes to vendor pricing, and volumes that differ from the inputs entered.
Verify projected costs against the platform’s current pricing information and your own account before making a commercial decision. Figures used in worked examples on the Site are synthetic unless explicitly identified otherwise.
Third-party platforms and links
MetaFlowKit is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of n8n, Make, Zapier, or any other platform, application, or service we write about.
Product names, logos, and trademarks referred to on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use here does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation in either direction.
We do not control third-party platforms or the external sites we link to. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms, security, or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The content of the Site — articles, diagnostics, guides, calculators, original screenshots, page structure, and design — is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the property of its respective owner.
You may read the Site, and you may copy or print reasonable portions for your own personal or internal business use, including sharing an extract with colleagues in the ordinary course of work. Please attribute MetaFlowKit and link to the source page when quoting from it.
Without our written permission, you may not republish, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the content, resell it, incorporate it into a competing publication or dataset, or use it to generate derivative content at scale.
Where code snippets, expressions, or workflow examples are published, any licence terms stated on the relevant page apply to that material. We do not grant a licence here for downloadable workflow assets that are not offered on the Site, and no such offering should be inferred from these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Site or its infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its hosting, its accounts, or any connected system;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission;
- use automated means in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site, circumvents technical restrictions, or is designed to scrape content at scale for republication;
- submit credentials, secrets, or other people’s personal or confidential records to us;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Site to distribute it;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation in correspondence with us;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights of ours or of any third party;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Ordinary linking to our pages is welcome, and legitimate search-engine crawling is permitted subject to the Site’s robots directives. Nothing in this section is intended to restrict either.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting the Site, please report it to us rather than testing further.
Availability, corrections, and changes
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. The Site may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting or network issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We may change, correct, update, move, or remove content at any time, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Site. We correct material errors and record meaningful changes as described in our Editorial Policy. We may restrict or suspend access where use appears to breach these Terms or to threaten the Site’s security or availability.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or accurate at the time you read it; that a described technique will work in your environment; that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or harmful components; or that estimates produced by our calculators will match your actual usage or costs.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain rights, including consumer rights. Where that is the case, those exclusions do not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content — including losses arising from automations you build, changes you make to workflows or connected systems, or costs incurred on a third-party platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, which in many jurisdictions includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us for access to the Site, or to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law where that is greater.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims brought against us by a third party to the extent they arise from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your infringement of another party’s rights, and to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.
This applies only to the extent the claim results from your own acts or omissions, and does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own act, omission, or breach. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and will not settle it without your agreement, and you may participate in its defence.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are subject to the laws that apply to the Site operator and to your use of the Site. No particular US state or court is designated because the Site does not currently claim a confirmed US legal domicile.
If a dispute arises, we would prefer to resolve it directly. Please contact us first with a clear description of the issue so we have an opportunity to address it before any formal step is taken. Nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring proceedings in a forum that applicable mandatory law makes available to you.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the extent it lawfully can be. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
